  • My name is Richard Nikla. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist doing business as West Coast Behavioral Therapy.  My practice locations are Sarasota and Trinity Florida.  I also do Teletherapy.  My practice gives therapeutic services to children, families, and individuals. West Coast Behavioral Therapy treats life challenges as stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems, as well as substance abuse issues.

On this site you will see various neurodevelopment, stress, anxiety, mental health, and addiction videos by renowned psychiatrists, psychologist, Doctor’s, and Authors, with an analysis of each issue.  Also, there are various videos on Heart Math, Yoba, and breathing exercise as well as other coping techniques.
