Work Experience
My career began in Corporate Training and Project Management in the IT and Pharmaceutical industries. After experiencing extreme burnout from work and caregiving for a parent, I turned to coaching as a full-time career.
I trained under some phenomenal and transformational leaders, teachers, and healers, such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Donna Eden, Dr. Sue Morter, HeartMath Institute and countless others through the years. I decided to go out on my own in 2016 and have never looked back. I now own and operate Beyond Limits Center LLC, formerly Evolution Solutions.
I faciliate and co-create life-changing breakthroughs with clients that launch them into new levels of success and joy in their lives, relationships, wealth, health, and spiritual awareness, often previously thought to be inaccessible. I help my clients discover who they truly are, and as a result, take back their personal power to create a life they are excited to live!
I have been coaching professionally for more than 10 years, using a variety of modalities and approaches based on the needs, preferences and desired outcomes of my clients.
I leverage neuroscience from my time as a NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant for Dr. Joe Dispenza, energy medicine tools and teachings from Dr. Sue Morter and others, Heart Coherence techniques from the HeartMath Institute and much more from 20+ years of study and experience in the fields of healing arts, science, and spirituality.

I am a HeartMath® Certified Trainer and Coach and a certified Life Coach with 20 years of experience offering heart-centered coaching.
Additionally, I have previously worked as a NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant for Dr. Joe Dispenza and Energy Codes® Coach and Facilitator for Dr. Sue Morter.
My passion for quantum science, neuroscience, and epigenetics led me from Professional Development Training in Corporate America to coaching and teaching highly transformational programs and workshops worldwide.
My greatest strength is my greatest joy – guiding individuals and groups to:

When I'm not teaching or coaching from my home office in Denver, Colorado or at a client site, I am spending time with family, hiking, traveling, baking or practicing yoga.
