Work Experience
I bring nearly two decades of experience helping individuals resolve pain and illness through a holistic, science-informed approach. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), HeartMath® Trauma-Sensitive Practitioner, and movement specialist, I support clients in understanding the root causes of their symptoms and developing sustainable, lifestyle-based strategies for healing. My work integrates breathwork, nervous system regulation, fascia and alignment therapy, functional tracking, and evidence-informed behavior change.
My background includes years of helping clients with complex health challenges — from chronic pain and autoimmune symptoms to post-antibiotic gut dysfunction and anxiety — always in collaboration with their medical providers. I specialize in translating complex concepts into simple, actionable practices patients can integrate immediately. Physicians appreciate that my coaching reinforces their clinical recommendations, improves adherence, and supports patients in developing the daily habits necessary for long-term change.
About Me
I’m often described as a collection of contradictions — a science-driven health coach who also studies esoteric teachings, a country girl thriving in New York City, a digital nomad who still runs a grounded, high-touch coaching practice. I train Krav Maga and practice gentle yoga. All of it informs how I work.
My work began long before I was certified. I spent years navigating chronic Lyme disease and a thyroid disorder that conventional care alone couldn’t resolve. Through relentless tracking, research, and a mix of grounded science and more intuitive practices, I rebuilt my health to a level my doctors once thought impossible. That experience became the foundation of how I coach today.
My coaching is rooted in evidence, data, and physiology. I rely on tracking, behavior science, nervous system work, and HeartMath® techniques to help clients create meaningful, measurable change. At the same time, I draw on a deep fascination with human potential, inner wisdom, and the less tangible aspects of healing that modern research is only beginning to understand. This blend helps clients feel both supported and empowered as they move through pain, illness, or major life transitions.
Across all settings, whether in New York, a quiet patch of countryside, or wherever I’m working around the world, my goal is simple: help people understand their bodies, follow through on their care plans, and build the kind of resilience that lasts.
