Dr. Yuriy Ilkovych is a board-certified Hospitalist and MBA-trained physician specializing in Hospital Medicine also board certified in Quality Assurance at ABQAURP. With over 13 years of experience caring for thousands of patients across outpatient and hospital settings, Dr. Ilkovych combines clinical excellence with a passion for innovation and patient-centered care.
A recipient of a Patient Safety Award and active member of Virtua Health’s Wellness Committee, Dr. Ilkovych is dedicated to advancing both patient safety and clinician well-being.
Beyond his clinical role, Dr. Ilkovych is an entrepreneur and certified life coach trained through Robbins Madanes Training, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the Physician Coaching Academy. Having counseled multiple healthcare startups, he now focuses on making a meaningful impact through MedSync — a digital platform he founded to simplify communication and strengthen collaboration between patients and their care teams.
