  • I hold a degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of New Hampshire. I am a graduate of Coach University, an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation. I hold the credential of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, Certified Laser Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, Certified in Non-Violent Communications, Leadership Development, & Emotional Intelligence.
    Coaching is a collaborative process that equips an individual with the tools; knowledge and opportunities they need to self manage, develop change resiliency and become more effective in all aspects of their life. As a result of coaching, successful leaders set clearer goals, take action toward the realization of their vision, make better decisions and more fully use their natural strengths.

    Beyond the point of accountability, I am most interested in providing the environment for discovery. It is a time that my client spends experientially finding improved insight and better perspective. I challenge my clients to develop core competencies of leadership and learn to celebrate victories and look for what needs improvement. I provide an opportunity for my clients to tap their own wisdom. I openly and honestly provide feedback with a good level of empathy and understanding.
