         I infuse every EFT session using Energy Psychology and embodiment techniques, creative visualization, and breathwork to help you feel better QUICKLY — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.


         I have practiced meditation and yoga since 2001, and my clinical practice is influenced by the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and wisdom traditions from around the world. Before I became a certified clinical EFT practitioner, I spent three decades in the legal industry, the majority of the time as a court reporter, a very stressful profession that burned me out time and time again.
